Features

Everything a monthly SEO report needs, without the busywork

Stop copying numbers into slides. Connect a client once, then every report is a few clicks away.

Connected in two minutes

Your agency gets its own reporting email. The client adds it to Search Console and GA4 as a read-only user, and you pick the property. No passwords to share.

Your brand, not ours

Reports, PDFs and client links carry your logo, colours and agency name. Your clients never see ReportFalcon.

Summaries clients understand

Every report opens with a plain-language summary of what improved and what to focus on next, followed by the charts and tables behind it.

Any period, any comparison

Last month, last quarter or custom dates, compared with the previous period or the same time last year.

Links, PDFs and view counts

Freeze a report under a permanent link, see how often clients open it, or download a clean A4 PDF.

Built for your team

Invite colleagues as owners or members and keep every client, report and Google connection in one place.

How it works

From sign-up to first client report in three steps

  1. 1

    Copy your reporting email

Each agency gets its own read-only Google reporting email the moment the account is ready.

  2. 2

    Your client adds it

In Search Console (Restricted) and GA4 (Viewer). It takes about two minutes, and we give you the message to send them.

  3. 3

    Share the report

Pick the period, add your notes, switch sections on or off, then send a link or a PDF.

What's in a report

The story behind the numbers, not just the numbers

Each section answers a question clients actually ask. Turn off anything a client doesn't need.

  • Key metricsClicks, impressions, sessions, key events
  • Search trendsVisibility over time, compared side by side
  • Website trafficSessions by channel and source

  • Your notesContext and next steps in your words

Client-friendly by design

Reports that make your agency look good

Wins come first

Summaries lead with the strongest result and turn dips into clear next steps, so every report opens a good conversation.

No error messages for clients

If a data source can't load, clients simply don't see that section. Only your team sees what needs fixing.

Read-only and private

Access is read-only, credentials are encrypted, and report pages are kept out of search engines.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Do my clients need to share their Google password?

No. Your client adds your agency's reporting email as a user in Search Console (Restricted) and Google Analytics 4 (Viewer). It can only read data, and they can remove it at any time.

Which data sources are supported?

Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. A client can have one or both: sections for a source that isn't connected are simply left out.

Will my clients see ReportFalcon?

No. Reports, PDFs, share links and the client's report library show your agency's name, logo and colours.

How do clients receive their reports?

Share a permanent link that freezes the report exactly as it was, send a live link where clients can pick their own dates, or download an A4 PDF. You can see how often each shared report was opened.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Invite colleagues by email. Owners manage the team and branding; members work with clients and reports.

Is our data secure?

Each agency only ever sees its own clients. Google access is read-only, stored credentials are encrypted, and every agency gets its own reporting email. Read more in our privacy policy.
